Our Story
Nature Island Tours was co-founded by US Merchant Mariner & Captain Sheldon ‘Shel’ and the love of his life Anne-Marie ‘Pretty’, with a vision to sustainably offer Tours in Dominica to showcase the natural beauty, culture, and their mutual love of her native island.
Their journey together (a combined 35+ years experience in passionate dedication to service excellence), has included work in the passenger vessel, excursion, tour & hospitality management, and offshore workboat industries and has spanned from the Caribbean to Alaska.
